Ok - So I'm about a week late with this post. I met with the Dr. last week and as I suspected he gave me an order for 4 - 6 weeks of physical therapy. Officially I have a partially torn rotator cuff. His only concern was that I've been displaying symptoms for 7 months and if this injury was going to heal itself it would have already done so. We shall see. After the 6 weeks of PT he will re-evaluate.
So yesterday I had my evaluation at Results Rehab (the same clinic my sister works for, different location) with Britta. So for the next 6 weeks I'll be going to pt 2-3 times per week for about an hour each time. Fun times to be had by all, I promise.
